About Us

Located in Gold Hill, the Gold Hill Elementary School is a small public school operating in a Victorian-era, two classroom schoolhouse.  Our doors opened in 1873 and the school is the oldest operating school in Colorado.  Today the school provides a unique learning environment that fosters relationships between children and the social and natural world.
